Your Weather this Week
The week kicks off on a mostly dry note nationwide—but don’t get too cozy. The East could see some rumbles and tumbles Monday into Tuesday, with a few storms looking to stir things up. And just when you’re prepping your Easter best, rain sneaks back into the Central Plains by next weekend—because nothing says “egg hunt” like mud and umbrellas.

Amazon: Project Kuiper Launch Cancelled
Even Amazon Flights get Delayed…..
This week, Amazon's Project Kuiper faced a setback when the launch of its first 27 internet satellites was postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions at Cape Canaveral. United Launch Alliance (ULA), responsible for the launch, cited thick cumulus clouds and nearby rain as primary concerns that violated their launch weather criteria. This is Amazon’s competitor to Starlink. However Starlink remains the dominant player in the satellite internet market, with more than 7,000 operational satellites deployed in Low Earth orbit, about 340 miles above the planet.

Pollen Nation
Who has the worst allergies? You might be surprised. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America has released its annual report for 2025.

The report ranks the top 100 U.S. cities based on pollen levels, over-the-counter allergy medication use and access to allergists. Wichita, Kansas was voted worst for 3 years now in a row, but Oklahoma has several cities on the list! This map has got us thinking Salt Lake City wouldn’t be so bad - ha!

Storm-Delayed Tax Deadlines
The silver lining
In a twist of fiscal fate, the IRS has given some storm-battered states a longer breather on Tax Day. Each year the taxman extends filing deadlines for areas hit by severe weather, and 2025 is no exception

To see if you qualify for a delay in your deadline check this out. If not, your deadline will be Tuesday (April 15th) and we are sending you positive vibes!
